Hi.
I’m Dr. Melissa Bayne.

I have helped hundreds of high-achievers identify their blindspots, view themselves and others more clearly, and enhance their leadership skills.

I’m a University of California educated psychologist and have studied leadership, communication and interpersonal dynamics for the last 20 years.

Since 2015, I’ve served on the psychology faculty of UC Berkeley and, since 2019, on the clinical psychology faculty of the University of Bergen, Norway.
